1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the AircraftMD website and all services provided by AircraftMD (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
By visiting our website, requesting service, or engaging our company for maintenance work, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Scope of Services
Aircraft MD provides mobile aircraft maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair services.
All work is performed by an FAA-certified A&P mechanic in accordance with applicable regulations and industry best practices.
Services are provided on-site at customer locations when possible, or scheduled through coordination with AircraftMD.
3. Scheduling and Availability
AircraftMD operates by appointment and prior scheduling only.
While we strive to accommodate urgent maintenance needs, immediate or “on-demand” response cannot be guaranteed.
Work scheduling is dependent on workload, weather, travel, and aircraft location.
Estimated completion times are provided in good faith but may vary based on circumstances beyond our control.
4. Estimates and Work Authorization
Before any maintenance begins, an estimate or quote will be provided whenever possible.
By approving the estimate (verbally, electronically, or in writing), you authorize AircraftMD to perform the described work and bill accordingly.
Any additional repairs identified during the job will be discussed and authorized before proceeding.
5. Labor, Parts, and Billing
- Labor is billed at the current posted rate ($75 per hour).Travel time and mileage are billed separately at the posted rate ($0.85/$1.65 per mile).
- Parts, consumables, and supplies are billed as used with a 15% markup.
- Invoices are due upon completion of work unless prior arrangements are made.
- Late payments may be subject to finance charges or additional collection costs.
- We reserve the right to withhold maintenance releases, return-to-service sign-offs, or documentation until payment has been received in full.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You, the customer, are responsible for:
- Providing safe, legal access to the aircraft and work area
- Ensuring the aircraft is secured and properly grounded prior to maintenance
- Disclosing any known discrepancies, damage, or prior repairs that may affect the work
- Providing accurate contact, billing, and aircraft information
AircraftMD is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete information.
7. Liability and Limitations
AircraftMD exercises the highest level of care and professionalism.
However, we are not responsible for:
- Pre-existing conditions or defects unrelated to work performed
- Delays caused by weather, supply issues, or third-party vendors
- Consequential or indirect losses such as loss of revenue, use, or flight opportunities
Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific maintenance service provided.
8. Warranty
AircraftMD warrants that all maintenance is performed to FAA standards and accepted industry practices.
However, no warranty is implied or expressed for:
- Used or customer-supplied parts
- Systems or components not directly serviced
- Failures resulting from misuse, neglect, or operation outside of approved limits
Any warranty claims must be made in writing within 30 days of service completion.
9. Website Use
Your use of the AircraftMD website is subject to the following conditions:
- Content is provided for informational purposes only.
- You may not copy, redistribute, or use materials without permission.
- We make no guarantees that the website will be error-free or continuously available.
Links to external websites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement.
